摘　　要：在创新驱动发展战略持续推进的背景下,科技金融对于支持科技型中小企业发展、推动科技创新不断升级具有重大战略意义。首先基于信息不对称理论的视角探讨政府在科技金融支持体系构建中的作用;然后以江苏省为典型案例,分析政府主导型科技金融支持体系的架构、内容及其存在的主要问题;最后提出相应的政策建议。Under the background of continuous promotion of innovation driven development strategy,Sci-Tech finance is of great strategic significance to support the development of Technology-Based SMEs and promote the continuous upgrading of Sci-Tech innovation.Based on the perspective of information asymmetry theory,the article,with the example of Jiangsu Province,discusses the role of the government in the construction of Sci-Tech financial system,analyzing the structure,content and main problems of the government-led Sci-Tech financial system,and finally puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
