摘　　要：防氚手套由三层材料组成,分别为防护层、阻氚层、防护层。其中防护层材料由三元乙丙橡胶组成,阻氚层材料由丁基橡胶、氯化丁基橡胶、溴化丁基橡胶、氯丁橡胶等与氚渗透率较低的塑料共混组成基础配方,在此基础上优化不同硫化体系、填充物体系。其制品主要用于氚环境下应急救援装备和重要屏蔽装备,有防氚、防老化性能,并具有显色功能,能有效减少氚内照射的危害。Tritium-resistant gloves are composed of three layers,which are protective layer,tritium-resistant layer and protective layer.The protective layer material is composed of EPDM rubber,and the tritium resistance layer material is composed of butyl rubber,chlorinated butyl rubber,brominated butyl rubber,neoprene rubber and other plastic blends with low tritium permeability.On this basis,different curing systems and filling systems are optimized.Its products are mainly used for emergency rescue equipment and important shielding equipment in tritium environment,with anti-tritium,anti-aging performance,and color display function,which can effectively reduce the harm of tritium internal irradiation.
