摘  要:燃烧器是节能回转窑主要部件,主要燃料是煤粉或燃料油,将燃料注入后雾化。注入气流和燃料的核心零部件旋流器,推送燃烧工艺所需的气流流量和风压。旋流器的制造精度和质量关系到燃烧器的运转效能发挥。该零部件长时间处于高温高压下运行,更换频繁,需求量大。利用现有设备,改进旋流器生产工艺,解决了过去依赖进口,供应不及时等企业生产问题。利用通用数控加工中心机床,通过NX自动编程,优化设计路线及工艺,解决多轴机床不足,保证了产品的质量和供应,有效地节约了成本。The company’s core product is energy-saving rotary kiln.The burner is the main component of the product.It mainly burns pulverized coal or fuel oil and atomizes the fuel after injection.The core component of injecting gas flow and fuel is the cyclone,which pushes the air flow and air pressure required by the combustion process.The manufacturing accuracy and quality of hydrocyclone are related to the operation efficiency of burner.The parts operate under high temperature and high pressure for a long time,with frequent replacement and large demand.The existing equipment is used to improve the production process of hydrocyclone,which solves the production problems of enterprises in the past,such as relying on imports and untimely supply.The research use general numerical control to process central machine tools,optimize the design route and process through NX automatic programming,solve the shortage of multi-axis machine tools,ensure the quality and supply of products,and effectively save costs.
