摘 要:滚动轴承是机械装置的核心零部件,模拟滚动轴承实际工况开展轴承振动试验对保证轴承正常工作具有重要参考意义。现有滚动轴承振动试验装置普遍结构复杂、成本较高,不利于开展小规模的滚动轴承振动试验,且核心采集元件振动传感器存在定位精度低、无防护或防护不到位问题,影响其采集振动试验数据的准确性和可靠性。为此设计了能适用小规模试验的滚动轴承振动试验台以及相关传感器定位件,能较好地解决上述问题,具有一定应用价值。Rolling bearing is the core component of mechanical device.Carrying out rolling bearing vibration test by simulating the actual working condition of bearing has important reference significance to ensure the normal operation of bearing.The existing rolling bearing vibration test devices generally have complex structure and high cost,which is not conducive to carrying out small-scale rolling bearing vibration test.Moreover,the vibration sensor of the core acquisition element has the problems of low positioning accuracy,no protection or inadequate protection,which affects the accuracy and reliability of the collected vibration test data.Therefore,the design provides a rolling bearing vibration test-bed and related sensor positioning parts suitable for small-scale test,which can better solve the above problems and has certain application value.
