摘 要:为对比中美桥梁抗震标准的差异性,以柬埔寨金边市跨越洞里萨河的72m+3×120m+72m中间塔梁墩固结体系、次中塔梁固结体系的四塔矮塔斜拉桥为例,首先,对比了中美规范对场地类别、地震分区、桥梁分类、反应谱、地震效应组合规定的差异;其次,建立三维有限元模型,应用多模态反应谱分析方法,计算了矮塔斜拉桥在两种标准下的自振特性和地震效应.结果表明:弹性分析下,反应谱加速度系数AASHTO标准高于中国标准;不同主塔对应的塔底、墩底、桩顶地震效应,中国标准均小于AASHTO标准,其中主塔内力低15%左右;桥墩低5%~9%;桩基低10%~35%.桥梁的地震效应弹性分析,中国标准更加经济,对外桥梁工程,宜按不同的地震重现期设防.In order to compare the difference of seismic Specifications for bridges between China and the United States,one 72 m+3×120 m+72 m four-pylon extradosed cable-stayed bridge in Phnom Penh,Cambodia across the Tonle Sap River is taken as an example,consolidating with middle pylon-beam-pier consolidation and side pylon-beam consolidation.Firstly,the differences of site classification,seismic subdivision,bridge classification,response spectrum and seismic effect combination in Chinese and American Specifications are compared.Subsequently,one three-dimensional finite element model is established,and the natural vibration characteristics and seismic effects of the extradosed cable-stayed bridge under the two standards are calculated by using multi-mode response spectrum analysis method.The results show that the AASHTO standard is higher than the Chinese standard under elastic analysis.The seismic effect of pylon bottom,pier bottom and pile top corresponding to different main pylon,Chinese standards are less than AASHTO standards,and the internal force of main pylon is about 15%lower;The pier is 5%~9%lower;Pile foundation is 10%~35%lower.After the elastic analysis of seismic effect of bridges,it is found that the Chinese standard is more economical,and the foreign bridge project should be fortified according to different earthquake recurrence period.
