摘 要:近几年,数字孪生技术在建筑智慧运营中的应用愈加受重视。本文基于数字孪生技术在建筑领域应用及医院运维阶段痛点,以应用场景为单元,以需求为导向浅析基于数字孪生医院的后勤运维管理场景,从场景构成要素、场景建设方案、业务的数字化赋能、场景应用案例及价值成效等维度进行研究,对智慧医院建设中基于数字孪生运维场景的应用建立全面概念,对新建医院及既改建筑在运维阶段数字化转型具有指导性意义。In recent years,the application of digital twin technology in building intelligent operation has attracted more and more attention.Based on the application of digital twin technology in the field of construction and the pain points of hospital operation and maintenance,this paper takes the application scenario as a unit and takes the demand as the orientation to analyze the logistics operation and maintenance management scenario based on digital twin hospital,from the scene components,scene construction plan,business Research on the dimensions of digital empowerment,scenario application cases and value effects,and establish a comprehensive concept for the application of digital twin operation and maintenance scenarios in the construction of smart hospitals,which has guiding significance for the digital transformation of new hospitals and existing buildings in the operation and maintenance stage.
