银丹心泰滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨银丹心泰滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月—2021年6月临沂市中心医院治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者92例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各46例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组在此基础上采用盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予银丹心泰滴丸治疗。两组患者均持续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后血脂水平的变化。结果:治疗4周后,观察组总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的82.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前,两组三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TG、TC、LDL-C水平均较治疗前下降,HDL-C水平较治疗前升高,且观察组TG、TC、LDL-C水平均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银丹心泰滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛具有较好的疗效,可改善患者血脂代谢,安全性高,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yindanxintai Dripping Pill combined with Trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods A total of 92 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in Linyi Central Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected,and all patients were divided into observation group(n=46 cases)and control group(n=46 cases)according to random number table method.Both groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was treated with Trimetazidine Hydrochloride Tablets on this basis,and the observation group was given Yindanxintai Dropping Pills on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical treatment effect,the incidence of adverse drug reactions and the changes of blood lipid levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.65%,significantly higher than that in the control group(82.61%)(P<0.05).The levels of Triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in both groups were lower than before treatment,while the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than before treatment.The levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,while HDL-C level was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Yindan Xintai Dripping Pill combined with Trimetazidine has good efficacy in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,can improve the patients with blood lipid metabolism disorder,high safety,worthy of clinical application.
