摘　　要：目的通过参与1例卡马西平致白细胞、血小板减少及肝功能损害治疗全过程,探讨临床药师发挥的作用。方法对临床药师参与1例卡马西平致白细胞、血小板减少及肝功能损害治疗过程的分析,用药调整,为患者提供个体化药学监护。结果临床药师建议得到采纳,患者经过系统性治疗及个体化的药学监护,其白细胞、血小板水平、肝脏功能恢复正常,获得满意的临床治疗效果。结论临床药师非常有必要对使用卡马西平的患者开展药学监护工作,保障用药安全。Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists by participating in the whole process of the treatment of a case of leukopenia,thrombocytopenia and liver function damage caused by carbamazepine.Methods The clinical pharmacist participated in the analysis and adjustment of the treatment process of a case of leukopenia,thrombocytopenia and liver function damage caused by carbamazepine,so as to provide individualized pharmaceutical care for the patient.Results The suggestions of clinical pharmacists were adopted.After systematic treatment and individualized pharmaceutical care,the levels of leukocytes and platelets and liver function returned to normal,and satisfactory clinical treatment results were obtained.Conclusion It is very necessary for clinical pharmacists to carry out pharmaceutical care for patients using carbamazepine to ensure drug safety.
