摘　　要：目的通过报道哌拉西林他唑巴坦钠可致肉眼血尿,探讨其致血尿机制。同时给日常诊疗和药学监护提供参考。方法通过汇总病历、查阅文献,分析该不良反应发生、发展及转归情况。结果患者肉眼血尿很可能为哌拉西林他唑巴坦钠所致。结论哌拉西林他唑巴坦钠抗菌谱广、抗菌活性强、临床应用广泛,使用过程中应关注患者尿液颜色、有无皮肤淤血瘀斑等情况。ObjectiveTo explore the mechanism of hematuria by reporting that Piperacillin-tazobactam Sodium can cause gross hematuria,and provide reference for daily diagnosis and treatment,pharmaceutical care.Methods The occurrence,development and prognosis of the adverse reaction were analyzed by summarizing the medical records and consulting the literature.Results The gross hematuria of the patient was probably caused by piperacillin tazobactam sodium.Conclusion Piperacillin-tazobactam Sodium has wide antibacterial spectrum,strong antibacterial activity and wide clinical application.During clinical use,we should pay attention to the color of urine,skin congestion and ecchymosis.
