摘 要:以北京市新一轮老旧小区综合整治为背景,调查了205个外墙节能改造项目,分析了目前北京市既有居住建筑节能改造在外墙外保温系统的做法,以及外保温材料种类、用量、材料来源等方面的情况,同时根据调查情况对3类有机保温材料的阴燃性能、垂直于板面方向的抗拉强度和材料导热系数开展检测分析,并分析了外墙外保温在施工和使用过程中存在的问题及原因。During the new round of old community reconstruction in Beijing,205 external wall energy-saving reconstruction projects were surveyed to analyze the external heat insulation construction method for external wall of existing residential building in Beijing,as well as types of external heat insulation material,quantity and material source.Based on the survey,this paper inspected and analyzed the smoldering combustion,vertical tensile strength and heat transmission coefficient of three types of organic heat insulation material,as well as problems in construction and utilization of external heat insulation on external wall and relevant reasons.
