单环光电振荡器的频率调谐特性分析

摘　　要：研究单环光电振荡器的关键器件参数对输出射频频率的影响情况。理论分析和实验测试表明,改变激光波长可以线性地改变工作频率,波长减小30 nm,则输出频率降低730 kHz;改变调制器的直流偏置电压可以对频率进行跳频调谐,调谐范围约为0.8 MHz,且在最大、最小偏置点处为模式竞争状态;采用540°的微波移相器对输出频率进行调谐时,若环路中光纤长度为110 m,频率调谐范围达到2.6 MHz。在实际应用中可根据需求选用不同的调谐参数,实现对输出射频频率的高精度控制。The effect of key parameters on the output RF frequency of single-loop optoelectronic oscillator is studied.Theoretical analyses and experimental tests show that,the output frequency can be tuned linearly by changing laser’s wavelength.When optical wavelength is reduced by 30 nm,the output frequency decreases by 730 kHz.Altering the DC bias voltage of modulator can lead to frequency shift with a tuning range of around 0.8 MHz.However,mode hopping is observed in the maximum and minimum offset point.540°microwave phase shifter is also applied for frequency tuning.The frequency tuning range reaches 2.6 MHz with a fiber length of 110 m in loop.Based on the practical application requirements,all of above tuning parameters are optional to realize high-precision control on output RF frequency.
