感冒止咳颗粒中薄荷脑的质量分析研究

摘　　要：目的:提高感冒止咳颗粒的质量标准。方法:通过薄层色谱(TLC)法建立感冒止咳颗粒中薄荷脑的定性鉴别;通过气相色谱(GC)法对感冒止咳颗粒中的薄荷脑进行定量分析。结果:建立的TLC法专属性强,阴性无干扰;GC法的结果表明薄荷脑在5.27×10^(-3)~1.05×10^(-1) mg/mL的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.72%;结论:该方法能够对感冒止咳颗粒中薄荷脑进行准确地定性、定量分析,含量稳定,方法可靠,能够有效提高感冒止咳颗粒的检测标准。Objective:To improve the quality standard of ganmao zhike granules.Methods:To establish the qualitative identification of menthol in ganmao zhike granules by thin-layer chromatography(TLC);gas chromatography(GC)method was used to determine the comtents of menthol in ganmao zhike granules.Results:The established TLC identification method has strong specificity,the negative control had no interference;a good liner relationship was observed in the concertration range of 5.27×10^(-3)-1.05×10^(-1) mg/mL for menthol by GC(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 99.4%with RSD 0.72%.Conclusion:The standard can carry out accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of menthol in ganmao zhike granules.The content is stable and the method is reliable.It can effectively improve the detection standard of ganmao zhike granules.
