摘 要:血糖管理一直是贯穿2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)全程的治疗纲领。随着持续葡萄糖监测(continuous glucose monitoring,CGM)技术的使用,血糖评估指标也更趋全面和立体化。基础胰岛素类似物,尤其是长效胰岛素类似物凭借独特的分子结构和作用延长机制,降糖疗效的变异性低,使得降糖更加平稳,保证在强效控制血糖的同时,减少低血糖风险,从而进一步改善T2DM预后。Blood glucose management has always been the guiding treatment principle throughout the entire course of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).With the use of continuous glucose monitoring(CGM)technology,blood glucose assessing parameters have become more comprehensive and stereoscopic.Based on the unique molecular structure and action prolongation mechanism,the basal insulin analogues,especially the long-acting insulin analogues,have lower variability of the antihyperglycemic effect which makes the antihyperglycemic effect more stable,ensures that blood glucose is controlled effectively,reduces the risk of hypoglycemia and will further improve the prognosis of T2DM.
