摘  要:受多因素的影响,能量方程过于复杂,在结合能量方程求解油膜温度时需对能量方程进行简化,而简化后的能量方程未必能反映真实的油膜温度。为更好地反映真实的油膜温度,建立一种可代入温度实验数据或导入软件计算的温度数据的黏温效应一维计算仿真模型。基于Workbench实现考虑主轴产生变形及黏温效应影响的油膜-主轴双向热流固耦合分析,研究黏温效应对主轴摩擦副油膜特性的影响,并对黏温效应影响下不同转速下的油膜特性进行分析。结果表明:无论是否考虑黏温效应,主轴转速的增加都将导致油膜压力、温度、最小油膜厚度及主轴形变呈上升趋势;考虑黏温效应时,主轴油膜压力和油膜承载力下降,且随着转速提升,黏温效应对油膜最大压力及承载力的影响愈趋明显,故高转速下尤其需要考虑黏温效应对油膜润滑的影响。The energy equation is very complex due to the influence of many factors,so the energy equation needs to be simplified when solving the oil film temperature by using the energy equation.However,the simplified energy equation may not reflect the real oil film temperature.In order to better reflect the real oil film temperature,a one-dimensional calculation and simulation model of viscosity temperature effect was established,which can introduce into the temperature experimental data or the calculated temperature data by software.Considering the deformation of the spindle and the influence of viscosity temperature effect,the two-way thermal fluid structure coupling analysis of the oil film spindle was carried out based on the Workbench.The influence of viscosity temperature effect on the oil film characteristics of spindle friction pair was studied,and the oil film characteristics at different speeds under the influence of viscosity temperature effect were analyzed.The results show that whether the viscosity temperature effect is considered or not,the increase of spindle speed will lead to the increase of oil film pressure,temperature,minimum oil film thickness and spindle deformation.When considering the viscosity temperature effect,the oil film pressure and oil film bearing capacity of the main shaft decrease,and with the increase of speed,the influence of viscosity temperature effect on the maximum oil film pressure and bearing capacity becomes more and more obvious.Therefore,the influence of viscosity temperature effect on oil film lubrication needs to be considered especially at high rotating speed.
