摘  要:为探讨多因素相互作用对油封可靠性的影响,以某减速器中输入轴与轴承端盖间的油封为研究对象,基于有限元软件获得不同结构参数时油封的静态压力分布曲线和影响系数矩阵,并将分析结果集成到油封的混合数值计算模型,分析并计算油侧唇角、空气侧唇角、理论接触宽度、过盈量、弹簧劲度系数、腰厚、腰长7个结构参数对油封泵送率和摩擦扭矩值的影响;将油封的7个结构参数作为变量因素,以油封泵送率和摩擦扭矩作为响应目标进行正交试验,研究各结构参数对油封密封可靠性的灵敏性。结果表明:各因素对油封泵送率敏感性影响程度由大到小依次为油侧唇角、理论接触宽度、空气侧唇角、腰厚、过盈量、腰长、弹簧劲度系数,各因素对摩擦扭矩的敏感性影响程度由大到小依次为油侧唇角、理论接触宽度、腰厚、弹簧劲度系数、过盈量、空气侧唇角、腰长,表明油侧唇角和理论接触宽度是影响油封可靠性的最主要因素。确定油封参数的最优组合,油封优化后的摩擦扭矩比优化前的更低,因而能够减少油封工作时的摩擦生热量,从而延长油封的使用寿命。In order to explore the influence of multi factor interaction on the reliability of oil seal,the oil seal between input shaft and bearing end cap in a reducer was taken as the research object.Based on the finite element software,the static pressure distribution curve and influence coefficient matrix of the oil seal with different structural parameters were obtained.The analysis results were integrated into the mixed numerical calculation model of the oil seal,and the effects of seven structural parameters on the pumping rate and friction torque of the oil seal were analyzed and calculated,including the oil side lip angle,the air side lip angle,the theoretical contact width,the interference amount,the spring stiffness coefficient,the waist thickness and the waist length.Taking the seven structural parameters of the oil seal as variable factors,the orthogonal test was designed with the pumping rate and friction torque of the oil seal as the response objectives to study the sensitivity of each structural parameter to the reliability of the oil seal.The results show that the influence degree of eachfactor on the sensitivity of oil seal pumping rate is in the order of oil side lip angle,theoretical contact width,air side lip angle,waist thickness,interference quantity,waist length,spring stiffness coefficient.The influence degree of each factor on the sensitivity of oil seal friction torque is in the order of oil side lip angle,theoretical contact width,waist thickness,spring stiffness coefficient,interference,air side lip angle,waist length.It shows that the oil side lip angle and theoretical contact width are the main factors affecting the reliability of oil seal.The optimal combination of oil seal parameters was determined.The friction torque of the oil seal after optimization is lower than that before optimization,so it can reduce the friction heat generated during oil seal operation,so as to prolong the service life of oil seal.When the oil seal works,the heat generated by friction can be reduced,so as to prolong
