摘　　要：从宏观视角上梳理和总结美国文献信息资源保障体系的发展概况,论文着力从内在驱动力、体系运作力、合作化战略、资金支撑力、服务竞争力5个方面挖掘和探究美国文献信息资源保障体系的发展特色,并从加强使命的回归与重塑、变革治理体系、推进全面合作、增强源头供给、完善服务理念与拓展服务领域几个方面提出对我国文献信息资源保障体系建设工作的启示。From a macro perspective,this article sorts out and summarizes the development of American guarantee system of document and information resource,and focuses on exploring its construction characteristics from five aspects:internal driving force,organizational mechanism,cooperation mechanism,funding channels,and service mechanism characteristics.In addition,several inspirations for the construction practice of our country’s guarantee system of document and information resource are proposed,including strengthening the return and reshaping of the mission,transforming the management system,promoting comprehensive cooperation,enhancing the supply of funding,improving the service concept and expanding service fields.
