摘　　要：气体发生剂作为汽车安全气囊的核心部件,是汽车安全气囊充气的动力来源。它的质量稳定性和可靠性直接关乎驾驶员及车上乘员的生命安全。在气体发生剂产品的加工过程中,影响产品质量的因素有很多。本文从质量检测的层面分析气体发生剂产品检测过程中的影响因素,并提出具体优化策略。As the core component of automobile airbag,gas generation is the power source of automobile airbag inflation. Its quality,stability and reliability are directly related to the life safety of drivers and passengers in several vehicles. In the processing of gas generation products,there are many factors affecting product quality. This paper analyzes the influencing factors in the detection process of gas generation products from the level of quality detection,and puts forward specific optimization strategies.
