摘　　要：为了更好地做好湿度传感器校准工作,辽宁省计量科学研究院与相关科研部门基于分流法的原理,合作研制了一种分流法湿度发生器。本装置具有温度范围宽、准确度较高、使用方便等优点,非常适合对湿度相关产品检定量繁重的科研院所和计量单位,同时也为国内湿度校准实验室选择湿度发生器提供参考依据。In order to test the Humidity Sensor better,Liaoning Institute of Measurement has made one kind of mixed-flow humidity generator with one scientific research institution. This device has wide temperature range and high accuracy,it is easy to operate. It is suitable for research institutions and measurement institutions which have a lot of humidity related products to test. At the same time,it also provides a reference basis for domestic humidity calibration laboratories to select humidity generator.
