摘　　要：本文围绕检验检测机构大型仪器设备的管理模式,提出通过统筹规划、合理安排促进内部共享,通过委托检验、分包检验、租赁及科研合作等方式提高促进外部共享,通过内、外部共享提高仪器设备使用率,减少闲置情况,并为更专业化、精细化实施仪器管理,不断提升检验检测机构仪器管理水平提供参考与建议。This paper focusing on the management mode of large equipments of inspection and testing institutions. This paper proposes to promote internal sharing through overall planning and reasonable arrangement. Improve external sharing through entrusted inspection,subcontract inspection,leasing and scientific research cooperation. Improve the utilization rate of equipments through internal and external sharing,reduce idle conditions,and provide more professional and refined instrument management,provide reference and suggestions for continuously improving the instrument management level of inspection and testing institutions.
