摘　　要：介绍突发事件、风险感知、情绪和行为的概念,总结重大突发事件下风险感知、情绪、行为的研究现状及其关系,提出相关建议,以期为重大突发事件相关政策及应急方案的制定提供参考,促进政府对突发事件的有效应对,提高国家突发事件应急管理质量和水平。To introduce concepts of emergencies,risk perception,emotion and behavior,summarize research status and relationship of risk perception,emotion,and behavior under major emergencies,and put forward relevant suggestions.It aimed at providing reference for formulating policies and contingency plans of major emergencies,promoting government's effective response to emergencies,and improving quality and level of national emergency management for emergencies.
