摘　　要：中国共产党一直高度重视对党员的思想政治教育。离退休党员是中国共产党的重要组成部分,是中国共产党的宝贵财富。新时代离退休党员队伍出现了新变化、新特点,加强思想政治教育对保持离退休党员的先进性具有重要意义。基于此,本文探寻加强高校离退休党员思想政治教育的三个着力点:突出主题,注重思想政治教育的思想性;突出引导,注重思想政治教育的针对性;突出特点,注重思想政治教育的实效性,为加强高校离退休党员思想政治教育提供有益参考。The CPC has always attached great importance to the ideological and political education of its members.Retired party members are an important part and a valuable asset of the Communist Party of China.Due to the new changes and new characteristics of the retired party members in the new era,strengthening their ideological and political education is of great significance for maintaining the advanced nature of Party members.Based on this,combined with the practice of ideological and political education of retired party members in a university,this paper explores the focus of strengthening the ideological and political education of retired party members in colleges and universities:highlight the theme,pay attention to the ideological nature of ideological and political education;give prominence to guidance and pay attention to the pertinence of ideological and political education;highlight the characteristics and pay attention to the effectiveness of ideological and political education,so as to provide a useful reference for strengthening the ideological and political education of retired party members in colleges and universities.
