摘  要:以单片机控制数模转换器TLC5615为例,对数模转换器的静态特性指标进行了分析研究,在Proteus仿真平台下,设计了数模转换器硬件电路和程序,采用虚拟仪器观察了数模转换的工作过程,设计PCB电路版,制作实物电路,通过测量数据对分辨率、失调误差、增益误差、微分非线性和积分非线性等静态特性进行了详细分析。结果表明,借助仿真软件,通过时序变化,可直观地分析数模转换的工作过程,通过实测数据处理,可形象化地理解数模转换器的静态特性指标,其对数模转换的实际应用具有一定的借鉴意义。The main static characteristic index of D/A converter were analyzed and studied with an example from D/A converter TLC5615 which is controlled by using SCM.It was completed the construction of the D/A converter circuit and program under the Proteus software.The working process of D/A converter were observed by virtual instrument.PCB circuit were designed and physical circuits were built.the important parameters of circuit such as resolution ratio,offset error,gain error,Differential Nonlinearity(DNL)and Integral Nonlinearity(INL)is analyzed detailedly.The results show that the working process of D/A converter can be analyzed through time series changes by Proteus and the static characteristic index of D/A converter can be intuitively understood by processing the measured data.It can be used for reference in the application of digital to analog conversion.
