摘　　要：目的 制作一体式儿童站立训练车并评估其可应用性,为痉挛型脑瘫患儿的康复训练提供器械保障。方法 利用各型固定板、束紧带等设计制作一体式儿童站立训练车。2019年1月至2020年12月,便利选取某院收治的68例痉挛型脑瘫患儿为研究对象,按入院时间分为对照组和观察组,对照组应用电动起立床进行康复训练,观察组应用一体式儿童站立训练车进行康复训练,训练时间为3个月。观察两组患儿步行能力、踝关节活动度及患儿家属对护理工作的满意度。结果 两组患儿治疗前,步长、步速、踝关节活动度等的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿步长增长、步速增快、踝关节活动度增大,且观察组变化明显优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患儿家属对护理工作的满意度亦明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 一体式儿童站立训练车可明显改善患儿的步行能力,对于痉挛型脑瘫患儿有较好的治疗效果,能提高患儿家属的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To design and manufacture the integrated standing training vehicle for children and evaluate its applicability,and to provide equipment for the rehabilitation training of children with spastic cerebral palsy(SCP).Methods The training vehicle was designed and manufactured with fixed plates and belts of different types.A total of 68 children with SCP admitted to a hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected by convenience sampling method,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission time.The control group got rehabilitation training with electric standing-up bed,while the observation group got rehabilitation training with the integrated standing training vehicle.The training lasted for 3 months for both groups.The walking ability,motion range of ankle joint and the nursing satisfaction of family members were observed.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in step length,step speed and ankle motion between 2 groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,step length,step speed and ankle motion increased in the two groups,and the change of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(all P<0.05).The family satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions The integrated standing training vehicle for children can significantly improve the walking ability of children with SCP,and has a good therapeutic effect on them.It can improve the satisfaction of children’s families,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
