摘 要:某斑岩型微细粒金矿石含金品位不足1 g/t,属大型矿床。金矿物主要以含银自然金和银金矿为主。为充分查明该矿石性质和确定适宜的选矿工艺流程,分别对块状矿石和磨矿后的浮选给矿采取多种检测手段进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究,并推算-0.074 mm占60%的浮选给矿中,以黄铁矿为主的金属硫化物理论可浮选回收87.58%~92.23%。推算金重选理论回收率≤50.57%,金浸出理论回收率81.75%,金浮选理论回收率93.78%。A porphyry type fine grained gold ore contains less than 1 g/t gold, which belongs to a large deposit.The main gold minerals are silver-bearing natural gold and silver-gold ore.In order to fully find out the special properties of the ore and determine the appropriate beneficiation process flow, a variety of detection methods are adopted to carry out detailed process study on the bulk ore and the flotation feed after grinding respectively, and it is calculated that-0.074 mm accounting for 60% of the flotation feed.Theoretically, 87.58% to 92.23% of metal sulfides, mainly pyrite, can be recovered by flotation.The theoretical recovery of gold gravity separation is less than 50.57%,the theoretical recovery of gold leaching and gold flotation is 81.75% and 93.78% respectively.
