摘 要:针对广西某铅锑锌硫化矿分离使用氰化物且铅锑锌回收率不高等问题,进行了无氰浮选工艺研究。研究结果表明,新型捕收剂CSU11与25;黑药组合使用可以有效提高铅锑锌选矿指标,当采用磁—浮联合工艺,铅锑、锌顺序优先浮选流程,闭路试验可获得含Pb 27.74%、含Sb 23.76%、含Zn 5.98%的铅锑精矿,Pb、Sb回收率分别达到89.13%和88.91%;同时获得Zn品位为46.56%、Zn回收率为90.23%的锌精矿。与现场流程相比,Pb、Sb回收率分别提高了3.73、3.63个百分点。该工艺实现了弱酸性条件下铅锑、锌无氰分离,弱碱性条件下同捕收剂浮选回收锌,为选矿废水回用以及后续作业创造了有利条件。For the separation problems such as using cyanide and low recovery of lead and zinc in a lead-antimony-zinc polymetallic sulfide mine, the cyanide-free flotation process was studied.The results indicated that the beneficiation indexes of lead, antimony and zinc could be effectively improved by the combination of new collector CSU11 and dithiophosphate 25.In the closed-circuit tests, lead-antimony concentrate containing 27.74% Pb, 23.76% Sb and 5.98% Zn could be obtained by using the principal flowsheet of magnetic-flotation and the sequential preferential flotation of lead-antimony-zinc, with lead recovery of 89.13% and antimony recovery of 88.91%.Zinc concentrate containing 46.56% Zn was also obtained with a recovery of 90.23%.Compared with the field process, the recovery of Pb and Sb increased by 3.73 and 3.63 percentage points, respectively.This process realized the cyanide-free separation of lead, antimony and zinc under weak acid conditions, and the flotation of lead, antimony and zinc with the same collector under weak alkali conditions, in favor of wastewater recycling and subsequent operations.
