摘 要:针对莫桑比克某重砂原矿有价金属品位低、主要金属分布集中和单体解离度高等特点,开展了螺旋溜槽和高频振动细筛粗选工业对比试验研究。分别考察了螺旋溜槽设备类型、给矿浓度和处理能力等因素对粗选螺旋溜槽分选效果的影响,高频振动细筛筛孔尺寸、给矿浓度和处理能力等因素对粗选筛分效果的影响,并进行了二者最优条件的粗选工业对比试验。对比试验结果表明,粗选螺旋溜槽分选指标优于高频振动细筛,螺旋溜槽获得的粗精矿TiO_(2)品位比高频振动细筛粗精矿TiO_(2)品位高20.96个百分点,尾砂抛除率比高频振动细筛高35.07个百分点,且粗选螺旋溜槽设备投资仅占高频振动细筛的43.48%。该研究成果为莫桑比克某重砂矿资源开发利用粗选工艺的选择提供技术依据和支持。In view of the characteristics of low grade of valuable metals, concentrated distribution of main metals and high degree of monomer dissociation of a heavy placer in Mozambique, the industrial comparative test of spiral chute and high frequency vibration fine screening was carried out.The effects of equipment type, feed concentration and treatment capacity on the sorting effect of roughing spiral chute, and the effects of high frequency vibration fine screen size, feed concentration and treatment capacity on the screening effect were investigated respectively, and the roughing industrial comparison tests of the two optimal conditions were carried out.Results showed that the sorting index of spiral chute was better than that of high-frequency vibration fine screen.TiO_(2)grade of roughing concentrate obtained by spiral chute was 20.96 percentage points higher than that of high-frequency vibration fine screen, and the tailings removal rate was 35.07 percentage points higher than that of high-frequency vibration fine screen.Moreover, the roughing spiral chute equipment investment only accounted for 43.48% of the investment of high-frequency vibration fine screen equipment.Research results provided the technical basis and support for the subsequent development and utilization of the heavy placer resource abroad.
