摘 要:某氧化铅锰多金属矿石中含Pb 3.96%,Mn 12.13%,铅的氧化率高达95.44%,主要为碳酸铅、硫酸铅和铅铁矾,浮选回收较为困难。锰主要以高价氧化锰矿的形式存在,占总锰的94.08%,是主要回收对象。针对矿石性质特征,通过多方案选矿探索及条件试验后,最终确定在磨矿细度为—0.074 mm占85%的条件下,以XB作为高效矿泥分散抑制剂,丁基黄药和丁铵黑药作为捕收剂,硫化钠作为硫化剂,硫酸铵作为活化剂,采用硫化黄药浮选工艺回收矿石中的氧化铅矿物,浮选尾矿采用湿式强磁选回收锰矿物。获得的选矿指标为:铅精矿含Pb 49.51%,回收率为70.68%;锰精矿中含Mn 38.05%,回收率为92.42%。该工艺流程实现了氧化铅矿物和锰矿物的有效回收,并且选矿指标优良,易于工业生产实施,为该类型资源的合理开发利用提供了较好的工艺技术。A lead-manganese polymetallic ore contained 3.96% Pb and 12.13% Mn.The oxidation rate of lead was as high as 95.44%,mainly lead(Ⅱ)carbonate, lead(Ⅱ)sulfate and plumbojarosite, which was difficult to be recovered by flotation.Manganese mainly existed in the form of pyrolusite and psilomelane accounting for 94.08% of the total manganese, which was the main object of recycling.In view of the characteristics of the ore, after exploring and experimenting with multi-scheme beneficiation, it was finally determined that under the condition of grinding fineness of —0.074 mm accounting for 85%,XB was used as a high-efficiency ore-sludge dispersion depressant.Butyl xanthate and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate were used as collectors, sodium sulfide as a vulcanizing agent, and ammonium sulfate as an activator.The sulfide-xanthate flotation process was used to recover lead oxide minerals in the ore, and manganese minerals were recovered by wet strong magnetic separation from the flotation tailings.The obtained beneficiation indexes were as follows: the lead concentrate containing 49.51% of Pb, and the recovery of 70.68%,the manganese concentrate containing 38.05% Mn, and the recovery of 92.42%,respectively.The process realized the effective recovery of lead oxide ore and manganese minerals, and the beneficiation indexes were excellent and easy to be implemented in industrial production, providing a better process technology for the rational development and utilization of this type of resource.
