摘  要:为提高颚式破碎机的生产能力和能量输入密度,设计出一种新型双腔颚式破碎机,并且对动颚进行运动分析。通过分析影响破碎力的因素,得到破碎力分布的数学模型,结合矿石在破碎腔中的破碎粒度变化过程,得到不同破碎高度上的破碎力随动颚转角变化曲线以及总破碎力随动颚转角的变化曲线。研究结果对新型颚式破碎机的结构参数及工作参数的确定起到重要作用,对完善颚式破碎机的基础理论有重要意义。In order to improve the production capacity and energy input density of jaw crusher, a new type of double cavity jaw crusher was designed, and the motion analysis of moving jaw was carried out.By analyzing the factors affecting the crushing force, the mathematical model of the distribution of crushing force was obtained.Combined with the change process of the crushing size of the ore in the crushing cavity, the curves of the crushing force at different crushing heights and the curves of the total crushing force with the angle of the moving jaw were obtained.The research results play an important role in the determination of the structure parameters and working parameters of the new jaw crusher, and it is of great significance to improve the basic theory of the jaw crusher.
