摘  要:为建立更加符合实际情况的结合面静摩擦因数分形模型,研究建立了与微凸体尺度等级关联的考虑微凸体相互作用的结合面静摩擦因数分形模型。推导了结合面尺度关联的法向载荷与切向载荷,根据静摩擦因数定义计算了结合面尺度关联的静摩擦因数;将理论数据及不同材料结合面参数代入所建模型进行仿真,得出在同一无量纲法向接触载荷下考虑微凸体相互作用的静摩擦因数大于不考虑微凸体相互作用的静摩擦因数;将所建模型与实验数据进行对比分析,考虑微凸体相互作用时的结合面静摩擦因数更接近实验数据。In order to establish a fractal model of static friction factor of the joint surface,which is more in line with the actual situation,a fractal model of static friction factor of the joint surface is established,which is related to the scale grade of the asperities and considered the interaction of the asperities.The normal load and tangential load of scale correlation of the joint surface are derived,and the static friction factor of scale correlation of the joint surface is calculated according to the definition of static friction factor.The theoretical data and different material parameters of the joint surface are substituted into the model for simulation,and it is concluded that under the same dimensionless normal contact load,the static friction coefficient considering the interaction of asperities is larger than that without considering the interaction of asperities.By comparing the model with the experimental data,the static friction coefficient of joint surface considering the interaction of asperities is closer to the experimental data.
