摘  要:为了扩大磁性珩磨技术的加工范围,从而实现对小径(内径<30 mm)工件的内表面光整加工,为此提出了磁性磨条。运用放电等离子烧结技术制备出一种磁性磨条,该磨条属于梯度复合材料,兼具导磁和磨削的性能。在烧结过程中控制最高烧结温度,生产出不同烧结体系的磁性磨条。通过测试相关机械性能和观察微观组织,找出最佳烧结温度。最后使用最佳烧结温度制备的磁性磨条安装在磁性珩磨系统上进行珩磨试验,观察工件粗糙度和光泽度的变化。试验表明,850℃烧结体系下生产的磁性磨条性能最佳,无明显的孔隙,孔隙率仅有5.2%,抗拉强度最高,弹性模量达到53 GPa,结合性能好。使用Ansoft软件对磁场进行有限元分析,当磨条与转子连接时,工作点的磁场在0.6~1.2 T,磁场力为6.6 N,远大于其重力0.152 N。通过初步的珩磨实验,磁性磨条可以降低表面粗糙度的值,在磨削过程中工作平稳,无明显噪音。In order to expand the processing range of magnetic honing technology and realize the processing of the inner surface of the workpiece with small diameter(inner diameter<30 mm),a magnetic abrasive stone was prepared by using the discharge plasma sintering technology.The grinding stone belongs to gradient composite material,which has the properties of magnetic conductivity and wear resistance.By controlling the maximum sintering temperature in the sintering process,magnetic grinding stones were produced under different sintering systems.The optimum sintering temperature was found by testing the mechanical properties and observing the microstructure.Finally,the magnetic abrasive stone prepared by the optimum sintering temperature was installed on the magnetic honing system to conduct honing test,and the change of the roughness and gloss of the workpiece was observed.The results show that the magnetic stone produced under 850℃sintering system has the best properties,no obvious pores,the porosity is only 5.2%,the highest tensile strength,elastic modulus of 53 GPa,good bonding property.Finite element analysis of magnetic field was carried out by using Ansoft software.When the grinding stone was connected to the rotor,the magnetic field at the working point was between 0.6~1.2 T,and the magnetic force was 6.6 N,much larger than its gravity of 0.152 N.Through the preliminary honing experiment,the magnetic abrasive stone can reduce the value of surface roughness and work smoothly in the grinding process without obvious noise.
