摘　　要：在蓬勃发展的互联网时代,公安高校课程建设面临前所未有的机遇与挑战,在公安院校《文件检验》课程中提出基于MOOC+SPOC+翻转课堂混合式教学模式改革新方案,创新性提出“建、学、翻、评”混合式教学法,发展基于MOOC+SPOC+翻转课堂的案例教学法,并探索尝试基于SPOC+翻转课堂的实践教学。教学实践表明,此种教学模式改革新方案能够提高学生的学习兴趣,激发学生的学习热情,给学生更大的学习自主空间,提升学生的团队协作能力和创新能力,符合公安院校新时期人才培养的目标和要求。In the Internet era,the curriculum construction of public security colleges and universities is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In this study,we propose a new plan for reforming the hybrid teaching model based on the MOOC+SPOC+flipped Classroom in the“Document Inspection”course of public security colleges and universities.In the course of MOOC+SPOC+Flipped Classroom,we proposed a new plan of MOOC+SPOC+Flipped Classroom hybrid teaching mode reform,innovatively proposed the hybrid teaching method of“build,learn,flip and evaluate”,developed the case teaching method based on MOOC+SPOC+Flipped Classroom,and explored the practical teaching based on SPOC+Flipped Classroom.The teaching practice shows that this new teaching mode reform can improve students interest in learning,stimulate their enthusiasm for learning,give them more space for learning autonomy,enhance their teamwork ability and innovation ability,and meet the goals and requirements of talent training in the new era of public security colleges and universities.
