摘　　要：高污染燃料禁燃区划定管理工作是我国实现降低碳排放,持续提升城市环境空气质量的重要举措。以《湘潭市高污染燃料禁燃区管理规定》(2021年修订)为切入点,对湘潭市大气污染防治现状、禁燃区划定范围修订情况、禁燃区管理要求修订情况进行分析研究,供相关环境管理或技术实践参考。The delimitation and management of no combustion zones for highly polluting fuels is an important measure to reduce carbon emissions and continuously improve urban ambient air quality.This paper takes the revision of the regulations on the management of highly polluting fuel forbidden zone in Xiangtan City in 2021 as the starting point,analyzes and studies the current situation of air pollution prevention and control,the revision of the delimitation scope of fuel forbidden zone and the revision of the management requirements for fuel forbidden area in Xiangtan City,so as to provide reference for relevant environmental management or technical practice.
