安中蛇伤解毒汤联合刺血拔罐治疗火毒证重型蝮蛇咬伤患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察安中蛇伤解毒汤联合刺血拔罐对火毒证重型蝮蛇咬伤患者的临床疗效。方法将64例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各32例,对照组采用西医常规治疗加刺血拔罐,治疗组在对照组基础上加用安中蛇伤解毒汤。观察两组的临床疗效、伤肢肿胀度、VAS评分、心肌酶谱水平、住院天数及总费用。结果两组患者疗效比较,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后第5天患肢肿胀程度、VAS评分、心肌酶谱(CK、CK-MB、LDH)显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);与对照组治疗后第5天比较,治疗组患肢肿胀程度、VAS评分、CK、CK-MB、LDH下降更显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组蝮蛇咬伤患者的住院天数以及总费用均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论安中蛇伤解毒汤联合刺血拔罐治疗火毒证重型蝮蛇咬伤患者效果显著,不仅可以有效减轻临床症状,改善心肌酶学指标,还能减轻患者经济负担。Objective:To observe the effects of Anzhong Sheshang Jiedu Decoction combined with blood pricking and cupping on patients with fire-toxicity syndrome of severe agkistroon bite.Methods:A total of 64 patients with severe agkistroon bite and fire-toxicity syndrome were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,each with 32 cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine plus blood pricking and cupping,and the treatment group was treated with Anzhong Sheshang Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficary,swelling degree of limb,VAS score,myocardial enzyme spectrum,hospitalization days and total hospitalization expenses were observed.Results:The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the degree of limb swelling,VAS score,myocardial enzyme spectrum(CK,CKMB,LDH)in both groups after 5 days of treatment decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the treatment group decreased more significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the number of hospitalization days and total expenses of the patients bitten by snakes in the treatment group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anzhong Sheshang Jiedu Decoction combined with blood pricking and cupping is effective in treating patients with fire-toxicity syndrome of severe agkistroon bite.It can not only effectively reduce clinical symptoms,improve myocardial enzymes,but also reduce the economic burden of patients.
