身痛逐瘀汤加减方联合腰椎牵引疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨身痛逐瘀汤加减方联合腰椎牵引疗法治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法将114例急性期LDH患者按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各57例,对照组给予腰椎牵引,观察组在对照组基础上给予身痛逐瘀汤加减方;7 d为1个疗程,共3个疗程。结果与本组治疗前相比,两组中医证候评分、镇痛效果、运动功能评价均有所改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。在临床疗效中总好转与临床症状恢复时间的比较上,观察组的提升更为明显(P<0.05)。结论采用身痛逐瘀汤加减方联合腰椎牵引疗法治疗急性期LDH的临床疗效显著,且能够有效改善患者急性期的疼痛状态。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with lumbar traction therapy on acute lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 114 patients with acute LDH were divided into the observation group and control group according to random number table method,57 cases in each group.The control group was given lumbar traction,while the observation group was given Shentong Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Each course of treatment was 7 days,and each group was treated with 3 courses of treatment.Results:After the completion of the whole course of treatment,compared with the results of the group before treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes,analgesic effect and motor function in the control group were improved(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the improvement in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement of the total improvement of clinical efficacy and the recovery time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with lumbar traction therapy in the treatment of acute LDH is effective,and it can effectively improve the pain state of patients in acute stage.
