摘　　要：防水黏结层作为桥面铺装承上启下的关键功能层,其性能水平直接影响桥面铺装的使用质量和耐久性,重大工程通常会对桥面防水黏结层提出更高的性能要求。基于此,对优选的4种代表性防水黏结层材料,开展不同温度(10℃、25℃、40℃)条件下的黏结强度、抗剪强度和密水性试验测试,以此来分析其性能优劣。结果表明,4类防水黏结剂的界面黏结强度、组合结构黏结强度,及其剪切强度均随着温度的升高而呈现降低趋势;在相同温度的条件下,环氧树脂黏结剂强度指标最高,水性环氧乳化沥青次之,改性乳化沥青与热熔沥青(撒碎石)基本相当;从密水效果来看,环氧树脂黏结剂最佳,热融沥青(撒碎石)方案相对最弱;兼顾经济因素,可选择黏结强度适中的防水黏结层材料作为混凝土桥面的防水黏结层材料。As the key functional layer of bridge deck paving,the performance level of waterproof bonding layer directly affects the quality and durability of bridge deck paving.Major projects usually put forward higher performance requirements for bridge deck waterproof bonding layer.Based on this,four preferred representative waterproof adhesive layer materials were tested for bonding strength,shear strength and water tightness at different temperatures(10℃,25℃,and 40℃)to analyze their performance.inferior.The results show that the interface bonding strength,combined structure bonding strength and shear strength of the four types of waterproof adhesives all show a decreasing trend with increasing temperature;under the conditions of the same temperature,the epoxy resin binder has the highest strength index,followed by the water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt,and the modified emulsified asphalt is basically equivalent to the hot melt asphalt(spattered with gravel).From the perspective of water tightness,the epoxy resin adhesive is the best,and the hot-melt asphalt(scattered stone)solution is the weakest.Taking into account economic factors,a waterproof adhesive layer material with moderate adhesive strength can be selected as the waterproof adhesive layer of the concrete bridge deck material.
