摘 要:为提高煤矿生活污水脱氮效果并优化脱氮方式,利用多级短程同步脱氮反应器,考察了污染物去除能力与工艺特征,分析了水力停留时间(t_(HRT))和进水NH_(4)^(+)-N负荷的影响。结果表明:在t_(HRT)为3.27 h、溶解氧质量浓度为1.48~2.37 mg/L、连续进水条件下,反应器对COD、NH_(4)^(+)N、TN、TP的平均去除率分别为87.8%、98.6%、54.3%、60.9%,四级反应室均具备一定的短程同步脱氮能力;延长t_(HRT)可提升NH_(4)^(+)N及TN的去除效果,但降低脱氮负荷时影响了NO_(2)^(-)-N积累率N_(AR);在0.176~0.443 kg/(m^(3)·d)范围内,进水NH_(4)^(+)N负荷的提高造成了出水氮素污染物及COD质量浓度的持续升高,但TN去除率和N_(AR)分别在0.294和0.443 kg/(m^(3)·d)时达到最高值。This paper aims to improve the effect of domestic sewage nitrogen removal and optimize the nitrogen removal mode.The study involves testing the multistage shortcut simultaneous nitrogen removal reactor,examining the pollutant removal effects and process features,analyzing the influences of hydraulic retention time t_(HRT) and influent ammonia nitrogen load.The results show that in the presence of t_(HRT) 3.27 h,dissolved oxygen mass concentration is 1.48 to 2.37 mg/L and continuous influent,the average removal rates of COD,NH_(4)^(+)N,TN and TP are 87.8%,98.6%,54.3%and 60.9%respectively,therefore,the four reaction chambers have definite functions of shortcut simultaneous nitrogen removal;the removal effects of NH_(4)^(+)N and TN could be promoted by prolonging t_(HRT),by which,the NO_(2)^(-)-N accumulation rate N_(AR) is influenced while the nitrogen removal load is reduced;in the range of 0.176 to 0.443 kg/(m^(3)·d),the effluent concentrations of nitrogen pollutants and COD rises continually with the improvement of influent ammonia nitrogen load,but the TN removal rate and N_(AR) reach the peaks at 0.294 and 0.443 kg/(m^(3)·d)respectively.
