摘 要:在SF_(6)作为绝缘物质的设备中,SF_(6)中SO_(2)含量的精确测定,有助于预测设备中SF_(6)的纯度.利用傅里叶红外光谱仪测试SF_(6)标样中不同SO_(2)含量的吸收光谱,构建SO_(2)体积分数与特征峰吸光度之间的关系,得到标准工作曲线.为了提高实验精度,选用能够多次反射的气体样品池.结果表明,该实验装置和方法可以应用到实际生产中电力开关设备内SF_(6)的监测.The SF_(6)gas has been used as insulation and has been applied in some power equipments.The precise determination of SO_(2)concentration in SF_(6)is helpful to predict the purity of SF_(6).Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectrometer was used to measure the absorption spectra of SO_(2)of different concentrations in SF_(6)standard samples,and the relationship between SO_(2)concentration and characteristic peak absorption was constructed to obtain the standard working curve.In order to improve the accuracy of the experiment,a multi-refletion gas cell was selected.The results show that the experimental device and method can be applied to the monitoring of SF_(6)in power switching equipment in real life.
