网络体育观众观赛道德失范成因审视及规制途径

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、对比法就“网络体育观众”的概念、特征、道德失范的原因等问题进行分析,研究目的在于寻求解决网络体育观众道德失范的途径。研究发现,网络体育观众道德失范是由“体育知识欠缺”“体育道德建设与宣传滞后”“网络媒体误导”及“匿名上网”等多种因素共同导致的。要提升网络体育观众道德素质,一要构建专门的道德规范并加强宣传,二是普及体育常识,三是加强网络监管。The author analyzes the concept,characteristics and reasons of the moral misconducts of″online sports audience″by means of literature and comparison,with the purpose of finding a way to solve the moral misconduct of online sports audience.The study finds that many factors may lead to moral misconducts of online sports spectators,such as″lackof sports knowledge″,″lag in sports moral construction and publicizing″,″misleading media″and″anonymous Internet access″.To improve the moral quality of the network sports audience,three things have to be done:to build a special code of ethics and reinforce its publicity,to popularize sports common sense,and to strengthen the network supervision.
