摘　　要：晚清白话报刊的大量涌现,代表了近代报刊民间化和大众化的重要倾向。晚清白话报刊以拟想读者为目标,采取了针对性的编辑策略。在拟想读者方面,面向略识字的下等社会阶层,并有立足全国或地域的分化。在编辑策略方面,坚持底层路线与地域特色,设置通俗文学等寓教于乐的特色栏目,并宣扬官话、方言等不同的白话方案。从影响上看,晚清白话报刊不仅培育了广泛的中等社会读者,还为民间(通俗)文学的兴起、白话文体的试验提供了广泛的平台,也为现代白话文的诞生准备了条件。The emergence of vernacular newspapers and periodicals in the late Qing Dynasty represents the important tendency of popularization of modern newspapers and periodicals. Vernacular newspapers and periodicals in the late Qing Dynasty adopted a targeted editorial strategy aiming at the intended readers. In terms of the intended audience, it is aimed at the lower social class with a little literacy,and has a national or regional differentiation. In terms of editing strategy, it adhered to catering to the people in the bottom of the society and regional characteristics, setting up popular literature and other characteristic columns of entertaining, and promoting different vernacular programs such as Mandarin and dialects. From the perspective of influence, vernacular newspapers and periodicals in the late Qing Dynasty not only cultivated a wide range of readers in the middle class, providing a broad platform for the rise of folk(popular) literature and the experiment of vernacular style, but also prepared conditions for the birth of modern Chinese.
