两种禽白血病诊断试剂的比对研究

摘　　要：本研究同时采用禽白血病ELISA检测试剂盒和禽白血病乳胶微球检测试纸条对已确诊的278份禽白血病临床样品进行检测,比较两种诊断试剂检测结果的差异。经统计分析发现,禽白血病ELISA检测试剂盒敏感性为94.74%,特异性为99.61%,与确诊结果间的Kappa值为0.94;禽白血病乳胶微球检测试纸条敏感性为94.74%,特异性为100%,与确诊结果间的Kappa值为0.97,两种诊断试剂的重复性试验结果均一致。试验结果证明,禽白血病乳胶微球检测试纸条和禽白血病ELISA检测试剂盒都能满足禽白血病的检测需求;由于禽白血病乳胶微球检测试纸条的经济、储存、运输和操作的便捷性,更适用于禽白血病净化。In this study,278 confirmed clinical samples of avian leukosis were detected by ELISA kit for avian leukosis and latex beads test strips for avian leukosis at the same time,and the differences between the two diagnostic reagents were compared.Statistical analysis showed that the sensitivity of ELISA kit for avian leukosis was 94.74%,the specificity was 99.61%,and the Kappa value between the ELISA kit and the diagnosis result was 0.94;The sensitivity and specificity of latex beads test strips were 94.74%and 100%,and the Kappa value between the latex beads test strips and the diagnosis result was 0.97.The repeatability of the two diagnostic reagents were consistent.The test results showed that both the latex beads test strips and the ELISA kit can meet the detection needs of avian leukosis;Due to the economy,storage,transportation and operation convenience of latex beads test strips for avian leukosis,it is more suitable for avian leukosis purification.
