苍耳子化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：目的研究菊科植物苍耳Xanthium sibiricum的干燥成熟带总苞果实(苍耳子)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等多种柱色谱,结合制备型HPLC等方法对苍耳子中的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从苍耳子中分离得到20个化合物,分别鉴定为β-hydroxypropiosyringone(1)、咖啡酸(2)、(+)-lirioresinol A(3)、C-黎芦酰基乙二醇(4)、ω-hydroxy-propioguaiacone(5)、(+)-jatrointelignan D(6)、2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-(2-hydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxo-1-propanol(7)、(-)-丁香脂素(8)、(+)-杜仲树脂酚(9)、lyciumin(10)、caruilignan D(11)、赤式-紫丁香酰甘油(12)、(-)-杜仲树脂酚(13)、vladinol D(14)、threo-buddlenol C(15)、methyl communisoate(16)、(+)-ent-ficusol(17)、(E)-3,3′-二甲氧基-4,4′-二羟基二苯乙烯(18)、降氧化北美黄连次碱(19)、1H-indole-3-hydroxyacetyl(20)。其中,化合物1~15为苯丙素类成分,化合物16~18为酚酸类成分,化合物19、20为生物碱类成分。结论化合物9~20均为首次从苍耳属植物中分离得到。To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Xanthium sibiricum,twenty compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,reverse phase ODS column chromatography,and preparative-HPLC.These compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data asβ-hydroxypropiosyringone(1),caffeic acid(2),(+)-lirioresinol A(3),C-veratroylglycol(4),ω-hydroxypropioguaiacone(5),(+)-jatrointelignan D(6),2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-(2-hydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxo-1-propanol(7),(-)-syringaresinol(8),(+)-medioresinol(9),lyciumin(10),caruilignan D(11),erythro-syringoylglycerol(12),(-)-medioresinol(13),vladinol D(14),threo-buddlenol C(15),methyl communisoate(16),(+)-ent-ficusol(17),(E)-3,3′-dimethoxy-4,4′-dihydroxystilbene(18),noroxyhydrastinine(19),3-hydroxyacetyl-1H-indole(20).Compounds 1-5 are phenylpropanoids,16-18 are phenolic acids,and compounds 19 and 20 are alkaloids.Compounds 9-20 were obtained from the fruits of Xanthium sibiricum for the first time.
