摘　　要：乳品厂加工设备的清洗难点一直出现在换热器及其附近设备。本文通过分析换热器污垢的形成机制以及预防污垢沉积方法,探讨清洗换热器时需注意的因素。The difficulty of cleaning dairy processing equipment have always been found in heat exchangers and nearby equipment.Therefore,by analyzing the mechanism of heat exchanger fouling formation and the methods to prevent fouling deposition,the factors that need to be paid attention to the cleaning of heat exchangers were discussed.
