摘　　要：本研究开发了一种防锈型水基金属清洗剂,研究了既具有洗涤功能、又具有防锈功能的羧酸醇铵盐作为主要成分,确定了产品配方:羧酸醇铵盐8%~12%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%~8%、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5%~8%、无水偏硅酸钠3%~5%、硼砂1%~3%、聚丙烯酸0.5%~1.5%、苯并三氮唑0.2%~0.5%、水余量。本品不仅清洗去污效果好,并且对金属有防锈蚀作用,性能符合《水基金属清洗剂》(JB/T 4323—2019)要求。A rust-proof water-based metal cleaning agent was developed.Carboxylic alcohol ammonium salt,which has both washing function and anti-rust function,was studied as the main component of this product,and the formula of this product was determined:carboxylic acid alcohol Ammonium salt 8%~12%,Alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether 5%~8%,Coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide 5%~8%,Anhydrous sodium metasilicate 3%~5%,Borax 1%~3%,Acrylic acid Polymers 0.5%~1.5%,benzotriazole 0.2%~0.5%,water balance.This product not only has good cleaning and decontamination effect,but also has anti-rust effect on metal,and its performance meets the requirements of Water-based Metal Cleaner(JB/T 4323-2019).
