摘 要:CO_(2)驱油是苏北油田大规模应用的一种提高采收率的开发技术,目前已经取得较大进展。CO_(2)驱油注气井的油层套管是保证正常生产的重要因素,但在实际生产中,注气井多次发生油层套管错断事故,严重影响生产。通过对失效管材开展检测及分析,初步确定导致套管错断的主要原因为CO_(2)腐蚀、低温损伤和间歇式注气。从注气管柱、注入方式和环空保护液三方面开展治理试验,发生套管错断的概率明显降低。CO_(2) flooding is a development technology of enhanced oil recovery in Subei oilfield, which is widely used, and great progress has been made at present. The reservoir casing of gas injection wells by CO_(2) flooding is an important factor to guarantee normal production. However, in actual production, the failure of reservoir casing has occurred many times in the gas injection wells, which seriously affects the production. Therefore, through the detection and analysis of the failed pipe, it is determined that the main causes of casing dislocation are CO_(2) corrosion, low temperature damage and intermittent gas injection. The treatment test was carried out from three aspects: gas injection column, injection mode and annular protective fluid, and the probability of casing dislocation was obviously reduced.
