摘 要:地下管线是城市生命线工程的重要组成部分,承担着城市供水、供气、供热等重要任务,一旦发生地震,对居民的正常生活和城市灾后恢复将产生重要影响。中国、日本、美国三国作为世界抗震强国,其对地下管线的抗震设计各有特色,然而,既有的研究或者重于三国管线抗震设计原理的分析,或者重于三国建筑结构抗震设计的对比,未能对地下管线的抗震设计进行全面的分析和对比。该文针对此问题,对中日美三国地下管线的抗震设计进行了详细地对比研究,并讨论了相互之间如何进行抗震设计参数的转化以实现协调一致。最后,该文用两个算例表明了该文研究的实用性和可行性。Underground pipelines are important components of lifeline engineering,and they undertake important tasks such as supplying water,gas,and heating,etc.Once they are damaged in the earthquake,the normal life of residents and the recovery of the city after the disaster will be affected seriously.As the countries with the strongest earthquake resistance,China,Japan and America have their own characteristics in the seismic design of underground pipelines.However,the existing studies about the seismic guidelines of the three countries only focus on the seismic design principles of underground pipelines or only focus on the comparison of seismic design of building structures.Therefore,a comprehensive analysis and comparison for the seismic design of underground pipelines are conducted in this study.Meanwhile,how to transform the seismic design parameters from one country to another is discussed.Finally,this study uses two examples to show the feasibility of the study.
