摘 要:为了研究行星滚柱冷轧成形过程中的材料流动行为,首先,根据金属体积不可压缩假设,对差动式行星滚柱丝杠机构(PRSM)的环形滚柱坯件外径尺寸进行了计算与修正;接着,利用有限元软件DEFORM-3D模拟分析了环形滚柱冷轧成形过程中流线网格、径向位移以及应力场随压下深度的变化规律;最后,在宝飞螺PR15设备上开展了环形滚柱冷轧成形实验。结果表明,环形滚柱材料流动主要集中在距坯件表面0.45 mm的范围,齿根与齿廓区的材料致密度大于齿顶区;成形齿顶各处材料径向流动位移不一致导致了V型凹槽缺陷;轧轮齿全高对环形滚柱齿顶材料流动影响较大。该研究为差动式PRSM环形滚柱冷轧加工工艺优化与轧轮设计提供了参考依据。To study on material flow behavior of planetary roller in cold rolling process,the initial diameter of the ring roller blank of differential type planetary roller screw mechanism(PRSM)is firstly calculated and modified based on the constancy of metal volume in this work.Then,finite element software DEFORM-3D is used to analyze the variation of streamline grid,flow displacement and stress field with the penetration depth of rolling dies during the cold rolling process.Finally,the rolling experiment of the ring roller is carried out on the PR15 rolling device manufactured by Profiroll Technologies Company,Germany.The results show that the material flow of ring roller is mainly concentrated in the range of 0.45 mm from the surface,and the material density in the tooth root and profile is greater than that in the tooth top.The V-groove defect is resulted from the inconsistent radial displacement of material flow at the top of the formed tooth,and the tooth depth of rolling dies has a great influence on the material flow of roller.This work provides a reference for process optimization of the ring roller cold rolling and roller design.
