摘  要:为解决热反射涂层在实际施工遇到的问题,剖析了热反射涂层的作用机理,研究了热反射涂层工艺性能及其影响因素,研究表明:黏度与温度成反比,随温度增大而降低,随着时间的增长而增长;固化时间与温度成反比,温度越高,固化时间越短。并对施工工艺进行了详细介绍,包括施工环境、施工流程等,解决一些施工中的问题。结果表明,热反射涂层最佳施工温度为30~40℃,施工时间应控制在15 min以内,能达到较好的降温效果。In order to solve the problems encountered in the actual construction of the heat-reflective coating,the mechanism of the heat-reflective coating was analyzed,and the process performance of the heat-reflective coating and its influencing factors were studied.The study showed that the viscosity is inversely proportional to the temperature and increases with the temperature.The decrease increases with the increase of time;the curing time is inversely proportional to the temperature,the higher the temperature,the shorter the curing time.The construction process was introduced in detail,including the construction environment,construction process,to solve some construction problems.The results show that the best construction temperature of the heat reflective coating is 30~40℃,and the construction time should be controlled within 15 minutes to achieve a better cooling effect.
