摘 要:松花江特大桥哈齐、滨州段为双线桥,共有10孔连续箱梁采用下行式移动模架施工,项目缺少相关施工工艺借鉴且工期紧张。对此,提出了MZ34.5简支梁移动模架造桥机施工方案;并通过重载试验,检验了移动模架体系的使用及安全性能;通过稳定性计算,验证了整体结构的抗倾覆稳定性。The Haqi and Binzhou line sections of the Songhua River Bridge are double-track bridges,and a total of 10-hole continuous box girders are constructed by downward moving formwork.The project lacks reference for relevant construction technology and has a tight construction period.Therefore,the construction scheme of MZ34.5 simply supported beam moving formwork bridge building machine is proposed in this paper.And through heavy load test,the use and safety performance of the mobile formwork system are verified.Through stability calculation,the anti-overturning stability of the whole structure is verified.
