摘　　要：毛泽东科学总结了思想政治工作的重要作用,认为思想政治工作不仅是党和国家各项事业的“生命线”,亦是实现党自我革新的关键所在,更关乎能否培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人。在思想政治工作的具体开展方面,毛泽东结合马克思主义关于宣传思想工作的理论及中国传统文化的精髓,形成了一套体系完备、行之有效的思想政治工作方法,具体包括调查研究法、矛盾分析法、说服教育法、实践锻炼法、批评与自我批评法等。毛泽东的思想政治工作理论对新发展阶段促进我国高校思想政治工作有效展开仍具有重要的启示意义。Mao Zedong scientifically sums up the important roles of ideological and political work,thinking that ideological and political work is not only the“lifeline”of the party and the country’s undertakings,but also the key to the realization of the party’s self-reform,it is more about whether we can train qualified socialist builders and successors.In the specific development of ideological and political work,Mao Zedong combines the Marxist theory of ideological work with the essence of traditional Chinese culture to form a complete and effective ideological and political work method,which includes the methods of investigation and research,contradiction analysis,persuasion education,practice training,criticism and self-criticism.Mao Zedong’s theory of ideological and political work is still of great significance in promoting the effective development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new stage of development.
