摘 要:通过自制弯曲通电试验装置模拟不同养护条件下地铁弯曲钢筋遭受杂散电流和氯离子腐蚀的试验,并采用腐蚀电位、线性极化法、电化学阻抗谱法和表观形貌等试验方法,研究了养护条件、弯曲角度和杂散电流等因素对钢筋腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明:未经混凝土养护的钢筋,随着弯曲角度的增大,钢筋的锈蚀程度也增加,且钢筋受拉侧部位的表面越粗糙,锈蚀越严重.经混凝土养护的钢筋,表面形成了一层致密的钝化膜,锈蚀程度相对于未经混凝土腐蚀的钢筋明显减缓,且弯曲角度与钢筋电化学特性之间并没有显示出明确的相关性.A self-made bending electric test device was used to simulate the underground bending steel bars subjected to stray current and chloride ion corrosion under different curing conditions and the corrosion potential,linear polarization method,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and apparent morphology method were used to investigate factors such as curing condition,bending angle and stray current on the influence of reinforcement corrosion behavior.The results show that with the increase of bending angle,the corrosion degree of steel bar also increase for the reinforcement without concrete curing,and the rougher the surface of the tensile side of the reinforcement,the more serious the corrosion will be.For the reinforcement cured by concrete,a dense passivation film is formed on the surface,and the degree of corrosion is significantly reduced compared with that of the reinforced bar without concrete corrosion.Moreover,there is no clear correlation between the bending angle and the electrochemical characteristics of the reinforced bar.
